Straight Answers.
What are accessorial fees, and do you charge them?
Accessorial fees are the add-on charges many 3PLs bill on top of fulfillment: receiving, per-item picks, packaging surcharges, special handling, account minimums and project fees. We charge none of them. You pay one flat fee per order that covers receiving, storage, picking and packing. The only other charge is the shipping box.
Do I need to learn your software?
No. There's no portal for you to learn. We work inside the platform you already use for orders, labels and inventory, as a second location in your business.
How do I see my inventory?
In your own system, the same way you see any other location. We receive and adjust stock there, so your numbers stay in sync with your sales channels and accounting. No reports to wait on, no second system to reconcile.
Who pays for shipping labels?
You do, directly, at your own rates. Labels are bought on your own carrier account, so you see the actual postage transaction, not a report from us. We never resell or mark up postage.
Can you receive inventory directly from my co-manufacturer or co-packer?
Yes. Have your co-manufacturer, co-packer, contract manufacturer or supplier ship finished goods straight to our Cincinnati facility. There is no receiving fee.
Do you ship freight to Amazon fulfillment centers?
Yes. We deliver freight to Amazon fulfillment centers virtually anywhere in the country.
